Jowita has worked in the field of marketing and advertising for 15 years altogether, more than 10 years in the telecom market. She gained professional experience in two international advertising agencies J.Walter Thompson and DMB& B( later G7) building and realizing marketing strategies for brands such as Mars, Chappi, Jacobs, Timotei, Norwich Union, Avon as well as creating long- term strategies of development and communication for various local brands i.e. Spike, Iris, Era, Tak Tak, Heyah, Pudliszki, Turek. Nowadays she manages one of the biggest marketing budgets in Poland. In Polkomtel she is in charge of areas such as brand strategy of Polkomtel, media, alternative communication channels, trade marketing and Internet marketing. She is a fervent supporter of communication activities with the use of New Media.
