Filmteractive Festival is a two-day international event devoted to the art of cinematography and its digital incarnation in the age of new media.
The FF is organised by the Lodz Media Klaster Foundation, the
Polish National School of Film, Television and Theatre in Lodz, and the
Digital One interactive agency.
Filmteractive Festival is the meeting place where filmmakers, producers, interactive directors, marketers, and potential investors may network and exchange their professional know-how. The event consists of three main components:
- conference presentations
- pitch sessions
- workshops
The 2013 edition of the Filmteractive Festival will focus on the creation, as well as distribution and marketing of new media content.
We are currently looking for projects in four categories: interactive film, branded content, web video, and transmedia/crossmedia.
For detailed information, go to Call for Participation.
Filmteractive Festival is also a great promotion tool for the sponsors. We are offering a unique networing zone, where during the Festival our guests can socialise and make new contacts in a relaxing surrounding. For sponsors we are preparing a few dedicated branded zones, equipped with comfortable sofas, press tables, banners, and TV screens.
See the 2012 Filmteractive Festival gallery.
The previous two editions of the Filmteractive Festival attracted hundreds of guests and dozens of acknowledged speakers from all over the world (2011 edition, 2012 edition).
Our guests had the change to listen to such experts as: Steve Allison (Adobe Systems), David Kang (Estee Lauder Companies), Blake Whitman (Vimeo), Andrew Piller (Fremantle Media), Sławomir Idziak (director), Dawid Marcinkowski (interactive director), Yomi Ayeni (transmedia producer) and many more.
The 2013 Filmteractive Festival is going to be even more innovative than the previous editions. We will be organising pitch sessions for international audiovisual projects, which will be then pitched in front of potential investors, representing cultural institutions, interactive agencies, TV stations, and web portals.
If you are a speaker, producer, or a sponsor willing to take part in the 2013 Filmteractive Festival, please have a look at our Call for Participation. For the remaining quests we will be launching ticket sales soon.
