W 2005 roku ukończyła Socjologię – Komunikacja Społeczna i Badanie Rynku na Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim. Studia podyplomowe na Wyższej Szkole Zarządzania i Bankowości w Krakowie z Zarządzania Komunikacją Marketingową i Medialną.
Od 2005 roku  pracuje w Grupie Onet.pl. Od 2008 roku jest Product Managerem,  gdzie zawodowo zajmuje się rozwojem produktów społecznościowych ( Blogosfera, Blog Roku, Zapytaj, Forum) Koordynatorka największego konkursu  w polskiej blogosferze- Blog Roku oraz organizatorka uroczystej Gali rozdania nagród. Pomysłodawczyni i organizatorka Warsztatów blogowych, które odbywają się w dniu gali Blog Roku. Od 2012 roku wykłada w Wyższej Szkole Zarządzania i Bankowości w Krakowie.

In 2005 she graduated from the Sociology – Communication and Market Research at the University in Wroclaw. She finished her studies at the Managing and Banking School as the specialist of the Media and Marketing Communication.
From 2005 Dorota has been working in Onet.pl Group. From 2008, she is Product Manager, where she is responsible for social products’ development (Blogosfera, The Blog Of the Year, Ask, Forum).
She is the coordinator of the most important competition in polish blogosphere – the Blog of the Year and she is the organizer of the Ceremony Award. From 2012, she is the lecturer at the Managing and Banking School in Cracow.
